WACO, Texas – Baylor softball head coach Glenn Moore announced the program's fall schedule of events on Friday, including eight exhibitions and the annual Green & Gold World Series. 
 
To kick things off, the Bears will host McLennan Community College for an exhibition game at 4 p.m. on Friday Sept. 29, at Getterman Stadium. 
 
BU will then host both Southwest Mississippi Community College and Northwestern State on Sept. 30 in a doubleheader starting at 12:30 p.m. To round out the weekend the Bears will host another doubleheader on Sunday where they will face Southwest Mississippi Community College again at 10 a.m., before playing Our Lady of the Lake University at 3 p.m.
 
On Oct. 6, Baylor will head across town to face McLennan Community College again, but this time on the Highlanders home field at 6 p.m. 
 
Baylor will then begin its annual Green & Gold World Series on Monday-Wednesday, Oct. 9-11. Like years past, the Baylor Diamond Club will draft Green & Gold teams that will compete against each other in the contests. 
 
The Bears will close out their spring slate with a doubleheader against Sam Houston and North Texas in Huntsville, Texas and Spring, Texas on Oct. 14. Game one against Sam Houston is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. at the Bearkat Softball Complex, with game two against North Texas slated for 5 p.m at Collins Park.
 
All fall contests are free and open to the public. All games and times are subject to change.
