Bears fall to OSU on the road

STILLWATER, Okla. – The Baylor Equestrian team fell to No. 4 Oklahoma State on Friday at the Pedigo-Hull Equestrian Center, 12-6.

The Bears (0-2, 0-2) couldn't get it done against the Cowgirls (3-1, 1-1) on the road, scoring just two points in Flat and Horsemanship with one each in Fences and Reining.

THE RUNDOWN
Baylor saw Lauren Jorgensen score a 78.50 on Oakley against OSU's 77.5 to take the win in Fences.

In Flat, Juliette Earley earned a score of 78 to best the Cowgirls' 75.5 for her point on Acora. Getting the Bears' second point in the event was Lauren Reid, earning a score of 77 on Clever to overtake OSU's 73.

In Horsemanship, Alexis Rutledge won her point on Ozzy, scoring a 75 against OSU's 71.25. Also earning her point was Nadalee Vasquez on DeeDee wth a 71 score against the Cowgirls' 67.5.

For the Bears in Reining, Emily Moomaw brought up the rear and scored a 71 on Cowgirl against OSU's 70 to take her point.
