WACO, Texas – Magnolia – a fixture in the Central Texas community – has extended its partnership with Baylor and will serve as the official real estate partner of Baylor Athletics.
Baylor Athletics celebrated the new partnership with Magnolia Realty as the title sponsor of two basketball games hosted at the sparkling new Foster Pavilion this spring. The exciting home matchups included the Baylor women's basketball vs. TCU clash on Sunday March 2, which was the decisive game in the quest for the Big 12 Conference regular-season title, and the men's basketball regular-season finale vs. Houston on March 8.
"We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Magnolia," said Baylor Athletics Deputy AD and Chief Revenue Officer Jovan Overshown. "Magnolia Realty has built a reputation for excellence in its offices throughout Texas, and we are proud to align with a company that not only shares our commitment to excellence but also recognizes the strength of the Baylor brand and the vast reach of our alumni and fans across Texas and beyond. Together, we are committed to serving the communities we call home."
"Whether it's finding a first home or a forever home, this partnership ensures that Baylor fans and alumni have a trusted real estate partner who truly understands their values," said Dale Pahmiyer, VP of Magnolia Realty. "This collaboration is a natural extension of Magnolia Realty's commitment to putting people first."
In addition to its presence at men's and women's basketball games this year, Magnolia Realty recently debuted new foul poles at Baylor softball's Getterman Stadium and will be featured at baseball's Baylor Ballpark during the spring season. Beginning next fall, Magnolia Realty will become the official sponsor of Baylor's Faculty and Staff Movie Night at McLane Stadium, along with expanding its presence at football and other fall sporting events.
A longtime supporter of Baylor Athletics, Magnolia is well known for its basketball free throw challenge, where students can win free cupcakes from the Silos Baking Co., as well as sponsoring the premium hospitality end zone suites at McLane Stadium, which debuted during Baylor's 2024 football season.
