Bears to have all 54 games televised in 2026
WACO, Texas – Baylor baseball announced Tuesday broadcast details for its upcoming 2026 season.
The Bears will play all 54 of their regular-season games on television, including 48 games on ESPN+ and an additional six on various streaming platforms.
All 29 of the Brazos Boys' home games, as well as all 15 road conference games and four non-conference midweek games, will be carried on ESPN+. The Voice of the Bears John Morris (31 seasons) and Baylor Athletics Hall of Famer Pat Combs (14 seasons) will return to the broadcast booth for another season of Baylor baseball home contests.
BU takes on Oregon State, Purdue and Southern Miss at the 2026 Round Rock Classic at Dell Diamond on Feb. 20-22, which will be streamed exclusively on D1Baseball.com.
All games at the 2026 BRUCE BOLT College Classic will be available via the Space City Home Network, the SCHN+ App, Astros.com and Houston Astros social media channels (Facebook, X, YouTube), including the Bears' slate against Ole Miss, Texas and UTSA on Feb. 27 through March 1.
Fans can tune in all season to ESPN Central Texas 1660 AM and 92.3 FM for the Baylor radio broadcast on the Baylor Sports Network. Play-by-play announcer Derek Smith returns for his 11th season as the radio voice of Baylor baseball and once again teams with Tom Barfield, who enters his third season back in the booth after 14 previous years calling the action. Additionally, former All-Big 12 Bears Cole Posey (2023-24) and Cortlan Castle (2022-25) will feature on select broadcasts throughout the year.
BU opens its 2026 campaign with a four-game homestand, highlighted by a three-game set against New Mexico State on Feb. 13-15. Opening Day at Magnolia Field at Baylor Ballpark is set for 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 13 against the Aggies.
