FB Game Times Announced; Future Schedules Adjusted

WACO, Texas -- Baylor football's first three weeks of game times have been announced by the Big 12 Conference, per a Wednesday release from the conference office. Additionally, BU has adjusted its future non-conference schedule for the 2027 and 2028 seasons.

For the first three weeks of Baylor's 2026 schedule, the Bears will open the season on Sept. 5 vs. Auburn in Atlanta at 2:30 p.m. CT on ABC. BU will then kick off its home slate on Sept. 12 vs. Prairie View A&M at 7 p.m. on ESPN+, then will face Louisiana Tech at 3 p.m. on ESPNU a week later on Sept. 19.

Baylor and Oregon have agreed to mutually cancel the home-and-home series, slated for 2027 and 2028.

The Bears previously had their game with UCF moved to Friday, Oct. 30 in Orlando. That contest will be televised live on ESPN and kickoff at 6:30 p.m. CT.
