Blair Shankle will serve as a student assistant coach in 2017-18 following her standout tennis career at Baylor, as she completes a master's degree in accounting.

2015-16 (Junior): Earned All-Big 12 singles and doubles first team honors for standout junior season...Selected to NCAA Doubles Championship with partner Kiah Generette, advancing to second round to finish year 17-8 overall and 12-6 in dual-match action, including 5-1 in Big 12 action and 7-6 record against ranked foes...Produced a 16-6 record overall and 14-4 mark in dual-match singles play... Led team in dual-match singles wins, including a 5-5 mark against ranked foes and 6-1 record in Big 12 play...Was lone Bear to be ranked (No. 75) to end season and was No. 22 in doubles with Generette...Played primarily at No. 1 spot in singles lineup with 8-2 record...
