2019 Indoor: Finished 10th in the 800 meters at the Ted Nelson Invitational, clocking a time of 2:18.86... Ran a personal-best time of 3:00.75 to finish fourth in the 1,000 meters at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational... Placed 11th in the 800 meters at the Texas Tech Classic (2:17.97)... Member of third-place-finishing distance medley relay team (12:07.11) at the Texas Tech Classic... Registered a time of 2:16.83 in the 800 meters at the Tyson Invitational to finish in 14th place... Competed in the prelims of the 800 meters at the Big 12 Championships, recording a time of 2:17.94 to place 12th. 

2018 Cross Country: Placed 23rd at the Bear Twilight Invitational, registering a personal-best 4K time of 14:57.4... Finished ninth at the Gerald Richey UTA Invitational with a 5K time of 19:44.3... Scored for the Bears at the Arturo Barrios Invitational, running the 6K race in 23:51.6 (153rd place)... Ran a personal-best 6K time of 23:19.7 to place 79th at the Big 12 Championship.  

2018 Track: Participated in three outdoor meets, running the 800 meters…Recorded a 10^th place finish at the Baylor Invitational with a time of 2:21.81…Also finished 14^th at the Michael Johnson Invitational with a time of 2:16.70…Placed 23^rd in the preliminary rounds of the Big 12 Outdoor Championship with a time of 2:17.93 in the 800 meters.

2017 Cross Country: Raced in two meets…Opened season at the Bear Twilight Invitational, running a 4K time of 16:04.8 to finish 59th…Other race was a 32nd-place finish at the Ken Garland Invitational with a 5K time of 22:02.1...Named to fall Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2017 Track: Ran in one outdoor meet, competing in the 800 meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational…Finished 24th with a time of 2:23.91…Named to spring edition of Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2016 Cross Country: Competed in three meets during the fall…Posted 4,000 meter time of 16:39.1 at Bear Twilight Invitational…Ran 21:33.7 time at Ken Garland Invitational (5K)…Ended season by running the 6,000 meters at the Texas A&M Invitational, finishing with a time of 25:44.8.

High School: Three-year member of track and two-year runner for cross country squad at Hotchkiss High School in Hotchkiss, Colo., for head coach Kelly Cowan...Won 2016 Colorado 2A state title in 800 meters...Collected state titles in 2013 (4x200) and 2014 (4x400 & 4x800) as member of relays...Named first team All-State in track in 2013, 2014 and 2016...Was first team All-State in cross country during 2013 and 2014...Helped Bulldogs capture 2013 state title in cross country...Owns school records as member of 4x200, 4x400 and 4x800 relays...Set personal-bests of 58.98 (400m) and 2:18 (800m)...Member of National Honor Society.
