Callie Schrank was named Associate AD and Athletics Chief of Staff in March, 2017. Schrank oversees all athletics department personnel matters, including hiring and evaluation processes. She assists with fiscal planning, strategic planning and decision making for the department and manages the office of the Athletics Director.

In August 2011, Schrank joined the Baylor Athletics staff as Assistant to the Athletics Director. She was promoted to Director of Personnel & Administration in 2014 and to Assistant AD for Personnel & Administration in 2015.

Schrank earned her Bachelor of Arts from Baylor in 2004. She and her husband, Cody, have two sons, Cru and Haze.
