Kendal was born and raised in Fullerton, California.
During her collegiate career, Kendal was a member of the Cal State - Fullerton Competitive Dance Team. After graduation, she went on to teach 2nd grade for five years at Fairmont Private School. During her 4th year of teaching, she went back to school to get her Masters degree. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2009 with a Master of Science degree in Educational Counseling.
Kendal is currently a member of the N4A
She is married to Michael Jarrett, a Graduate of Baylor University First Assistant District Attorney in McLennan County.
