As announced earlier this week, please see the updated Baylor men’s and women’s basketball schedules.
Baylor Athletics will begin the season with 25% capacity per game at the Ferrell Center for both men's and women's basketball. - Those who have already renewed their season tickets may apply their previous payment as a credit towards two available ticket packages.
- Ferrell Center seating will be re-manifested to support social distancing, and ticket packages will be sold to renewed season ticket holders only.
- Bear Foundation priority ranking will determine order for ticket allocation and a maximum ticket amount of up to four (4) tickets per account, per package, will be implemented in the arena bowl.

The Bear Foundation will utilize the following priority order to rank and allocate seats for donors, once requests are complete. Due to the complex nature of this process, no seating location requests outside of general ADA accommodations will be offered.
THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WHO DID NOT RENEW OR WHO, AFTER REQEUSTING GREEN/GOLD PACKAGES, DO NOT RECEIVE A TICKET PACKAGE DURING THE ALLOACTION PROCESS:

Excluding student sections and contractual obligations, approximately 1,200-1,500 will be available.
What floor seating sections are not available this season?
- All floor seating located behind team benches and scorer’s tables.

Renewed season ticket holders will have the opportunity to request one or both available ticket packages (Green/Gold) for the 2020-21 season. Ranking for ticket selection will be determined by Bear Foundation giving level.
What will Green/Gold ticket package prices be?
Men’s Basketball: Green $225, Gold $175
Women’s Basketball: Green $175, Gold $125
How did you determine which packages to place games in?
When placing games in the Green/Gold packages, we evaluated the following:
- Historically high-demand games placed into separate packages.
- Access to early, mid-season, and late season games.
- A fair split between weeknight and weekend games.
Yes. We encourage you to select both packages if you are planning to attend all games.
Will I need to rank my preference of packages if I request both?
No. All requests for the Green/Gold packages will be ranked and allocated based on Bear Foundation priority ranking.
When requesting the Green/Gold ticket packages, will I get to request a specific location?
No. Baylor Athletics will rank all package requests and allocate tickets to best location available based upon Bear Foundation priority ranking.
How will the Ferrell Center be setup for 25% capacity?
Tickets will be allocated based on social distancing, ensuring the safest possible experience for all attendees. No Champions Row or floor seats behind the team benches will be available this season. Only floor seats opposite team benches will be available.
Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase per package?
Yes, you can purchase up to four (4) tickets per package. However, if you have less than four (4) season tickets, you may only request up to that number in tickets per package. Example: Two (2) season tickets means a limit of two (2) tickets per package.
As a renewed season ticket holder, will I use my payment as credit towards the Green/Gold ticket packages?
Yes. Any difference in balance will be charged at the time of seat allocation.
When is the deadline to request Green/Gold ticket packages?
Wednesday, November 11.
What if I miss the deadline to request Green/Gold ticket packages?
Failure to request tickets by the deadline will automatically opt season ticket holders out of the 2020-21 season. A ticket payment resolution survey will be emailed to the account on file, beginning the week of Nov. 16-20
I spent less on the Green/Gold package than I did my season tickets. Can I get a refund for the difference?

No. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled. However, we will make limited single-game tickets available for those who are not able to access the Green/Gold ticket packages.
Am I guaranteed the same seat location if I receive both ticket packages?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the same seat location if you receive both ticket packages.
I requested ticket packages but was not allocated any tickets. Why?
Limited tickets are available. Tickets will be allocated based on Bear Foundation ranking. For those unable to get tickets, Baylor Athletics will release a limited amount of single-game tickets for priority purchase access Nov. 23-30.
I renewed my season tickets but no longer want to attend games. What is the resolution process?
We understand some renewed season ticket holders may choose to not participate this season due to Covid-19 safety precautions. Simply do not request Green/Gold ticket packages and a ticket payment resolution survey will be emailed to the account on file, beginning the week of Nov. 16-20.
Do I have to request Green/Gold ticket packages to ensure priority for postseason?
No. Regular postseason priority policies will apply.
Why should I consider converting my ticket payment to a tax-deductible gift?
Like many organizations, Baylor Athletics will continue to experience financial setbacks during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Bear Foundation remains committed in its mission to fund student-athlete scholarship support, regardless of current circumstances and we need your help! Converting your ticket payment into a tax-deductible gift will allow us to offset the high cost of scholarships for Baylor student-athletes, along with many other costs associated with running an elite athletic program. From academics and athletic performance to spiritual growth and community involvement, your giving helps us in our mission of Preparing Champions for Life.
Will I lose my season tickets for future seasons if I request a refund?
No. We value the loyalty and support of our season ticket holders and understand how challenging this year has been. All 2020-21 season ticket holders who request a refund will still have their same seats available for renewal in 2021-22.
Can I resell my individual 2020 game tickets from my ticket package(s) on the secondary market?
Yes.
Do I need a ticket for my child for the 2020 season?
All kids 2 and under will not require a ticket to the Ferrell Center for the 2020-21 season.

The athletic department is expecting an approximate 20% revenue decline this year, which impacts our ability to serve our more than 500 student-athletes. We invite the Baylor Family – as you are able – to join us in any of the following ways to continue our vision of Preparing Champions for Life.
