The current capacity limit is 50%. At this limit, McLane Stadium can accommodate 22,738 attendees in its premium, general, berm, and student sections.
Including premium seating sections, 20,103 season tickets were sold for 2020. Of that, 17,538 season tickets were sold in the general stadium bowl.
Approximately 14,000-16,000 tickets will be available.
Season tickets will be deferred to 2021 and all 2020 home games will be sold on an individual game basis. Priority for ticket selection will be available to season ticket holders, first. Ranking for ticket selection will be determined by Bear Foundation giving level, first, and then by priority points.
Individual games will be offered through dynamic pricing.
Similar to the secondtary ticketing market, such as StubHub, tickets prices will vary based on demand.
Yes, all season ticket holders provided the same selection day as you will have the opportunity to login to the ticket website at the same time.
Each day, selection will open at 9:30 AM CST.
Anyone scheduled on days that follow your selection window will not be permitted to select until their window begins.
Each section will be re-manifested to host 50% of its original capacity. Seats will be diagonally staggered into clusers of 2, 4, and 6 seats. In some sections, clusters may be available in 3, 5, or other amounts to accommodate 50%.
No, other accounts could purchased into the same cluster.
During the priority selection period, accounts may purchase up to 6 tickets. Once the priority selection period has ended, there will not be restrictions on the number of tickets per account available for purchase.
Yes, the deadline will be TBD.
Any season ticket holders that miss the deadline to request a refund will automatically have their payments deferred to the 2021 season. At anytime, you may still convert the deferred payment to a tax deductible gift, should you be interested in obtaining the various incentives offered.
A resolution survey will be emailed to all season ticket holders from the Baylor Bear Foundation and must be completed to request a refund. If you are having trouble finding your survey in your inbox, please email the Bear Foundation at Bear_Foundation@baylor.edu.
Like many organizations, Baylor Athletics will continue to experience financial setbacks during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Bear Foundation remains committed in its mission to fund student-athlete scholarship support, regardless of current circumstances and we need your help! Converting your ticket payment into a tax-deductible gift will allow us to offset the high cost of scholarships for Baylor student-athletes, along with many other costs associated with running an elite athletic program. From academics and athletic performance to spiritual growth and community involvement, your giving helps us in our mission of Preparing Champions for Life.
Season ticket holders will have two options when converting their ticket payments to tax-deductible athletic gifts.
1. Convert 100% of your ticket payment to a tax-deductible gifta. 100 bonus priority points. (Equivalent to a $2,000 gift)
b. One (1) level ranking upgrade for the 2021-22 membership year.
i. Example: My membership is currently $750 (Green Bear) and I receive priority seat location opportunities and benefits associated with that giving level. If I convert 100% of my 2020 football ticket payment to a tax-deductible gift, I will be ranked as a $1,500 (Gold Bear) member for all 2021-22 membership year priority opportunities. My chances of upgrading my seats will improve due to advancing to the next level of ranking.
ii. Note: Only priority ticket location opportunities will be upgraded. Parking will still be ranked at your current cash giving level.
2. Convert 50% of your ticket payment to a tax-deductible athletic gift
a. 50 bonus priority points. (Equivalent to a $1,000 gift).
Yes. You will still be slotted within the window of your giving level for priority single game ticket selection.
No. We value the loyalty and support of our season ticket holders and understand how challenging this year has been. All 2020 season ticket holders who request a refund will still have their same seats available for renewal in 2021.

All kids 2 and under will not require a ticket to McLane Stadium for the 2020 season.
BEAR FOUNDATION COMMITMENT
All gifts to the Bear Foundation are non-refundable, as they are utilized to support approximately $20M in annual student-athlete scholarship expenses.
Current priority ranking policies will be applied heading into the 2021-22 membership year. However, we understand that this is a very unusual year and we are available to assist our members should they be experiencing hardship. To discuss completing your 2020-21 pledge with the Bear Foundation, please arrange an appointment by emailing us at Bear_Foundation@baylor.edu.
MOBILE TICKETS & PARKING
Mobile ticketing and parking will be provided for the 2020 season to ensure contactless entry for all attendees.
An instructional how-to guide will be sent to all season ticket holders. The Bear Foundation and Baylor Athletics Ticket Office are committed to one-on-one training with any member experiencing issues with the transition to mobile tickets and/or parking.
Mobile tickets and parking will be compatible with most, if not all, Apple or Android devices.
We apologize that we were unable to send you a physical ticket booklet for the 2020 season. Refunds will be made available this fall.
Parking will be distrubited via mobile passes on a season basis for all suite and loge account holders. All other attendees will receive single game parking passes ONLY for individual games purchased. The Bear Foundation will assing your parking space based on Bear Foundation priority ranking.
1-5 tickets per game = 1 pass
6 tickets per game = 2 passes
Yes, for the 2020 season only, all passes will be assigned together based on Bear Foundation priority ranking.
Tailgating

If you purchased a reserved tailgating spot from Tailgate Guys, your passes will not be mobile. Your physical paper passes will be mailed prior to the beginning of the season from Tailgate Guys.
Yes, all RV spots will be available for normal setup. We ask that each RV spot holder comply with best practices for social distancing. All passes will be physical paper and will be sent from the Bear Foundation prior to the beginning of the season.
Yes, all sailgating renewals will be emailed from the Bear Foundation in August. We apologize for the delay, as we have been awaiting approval from state and local officials.
