2017 Cross Country: Became the first runner since Bo Price (2003-06) to earn multiple All-Region runner honors in a cross country career…Was one spot from individually qualifying for the NCAA Championships, finishing ninth with a time of 30:13.0 (10,000m) at the NCAA South Central Regional Championships in College Station…Earned his first career All-Big 12 honors with a 12th-place finish at the Big 12 Championship on the 8,000m course (24:22.8), becoming the first male runner since 2004 to earn an all-conference accolade…Was the team’s leading scorer in all five meets he competed in…Made season debut at the Ken Garland Invitational where he was the meet’s runner-up with a time of 20:20.0 on the four-mile course…Finished 36th at the Joe Piane Invitational on the five-mile course (24:27.8)…Had top-70 finish at Pre-Nationals with a time of 24:15.4 (8,000m)…Named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2017 Track: Redshirted and did not compete in any meets...Named to spring Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll and Baylor Dean's List.

2016 Cross Country: Earned All-Region honors with a 17th-place finish at NCAA South Central Regional meet...Completed 10,000-meter course in 31:03.7 to secure highest finish for Bear runner since 2006 and first All-Region honor since 2013...Led Bears to fifth-place team finish in regional meet...In total, raced in four meets, while scoring for BU in all four...Was fourth at season-opening Bear Twilight Invitational in four-mile time of 20:15.9 and 79th at five-mile Notre Dame Invitational in 24:44.7 to be BU's second-finisher...Crossed third for Bears at Big 12 Championship to be 41st overall in 8K mark of 26:45.5...Named to fall Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

High School: Three-year member of track and cross country teams at Lafayette High School under head coach Sean O'Connor...Won two individual state titles in senior season...Carded first-place finish in cross country at MSHSAA 5,000-meter Class 4 State Final, helping team also capture state crown...Earned second event state title as member of 4x800-meter relay in track at MSHSAA Class 5 State Final, boosting team to state crown as well...Was 2016 state runner-up in both 1,600 and 3,200-meter races in track...Previously had been second in 3,200-meter race during junior season...Finished seventh at state cross country meet in 2014 to push LHS to team title in junior campaign...Member of National Honor Society.
