Jaclyn White enters her second season as Baylor Equestrian's director of operations after joining the staff in August 2021.

White’s main duties include handling a portion of the program’s business responsibilities, planning team travel and recruiting visits, and managing apparel and equipment. She also coordinates communication with parents and boosters, as well as assisting the Baylor staff with scheduling coaching clinics throughout the year.

White was a four-year letterwinner at SMU where she competed in both Horsemanship and Reining. She collected three MOPs in her career and was voted team captain two years in a row. Additionally, White was named to the NCEA Academic Honor Roll in all four of her seasons as a Mustang.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a distinction in Creative Writing, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physiology and Sports Management, White was hired as the director of operations at her alma mater, SMU, for the 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons. She now comes to Waco after working with VIP Kids as a virtual teacher instructing students in China in a fully immersive English language program.
