Baylor

Anthony Clavo came to Waco in January of 2023 as Associate Director of Player Personnel for Baylor Football.

In his role, Clavo provides recruiting assistance to the head coach, the football staff and the directors of recruiting and player personnel. Clavo also assists with official visits and is the liaison for the prospects and parents on their official visits.

Prior to Baylor, Clavo worked as an operations student worker and lead player personnel intern at Louisiana State University, where he worked with Baylor head coach Dave Aranda through the 2019 national championship.

After a stint as a remote talent acquisition intern at Life Line Financial Group, he served as the Recruiting and Scouting Analyst at Michigan State University from February 2022 to January 2023.

The Atlanta, Georgia, native graduated from LSU in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Administration.
