Landrie Walsh

Landrie Walsh is the Director of Baylor’s Football Operations and is in her third year in that role and her fifth year with the program. 
 
Walsh served as the associate director of football operations in 2023 before earning a promotion to the director role, leading the departmental unit, for the 2024 season. 
 
Walsh is one of just 11 female director of operations in college football and three in the Big 12 Conference. With Deputy AD Jovan Overshown leading the football program as the sport administrator, Baylor is one of just five schools nationally with females in the Director of Operations and sport program administration role for football. 
 
She previously served as Baylor’s Director of On-Campus Recruiting from 2020-21 and spent the 2022 season as the Director of Recruiting at Texas A&M. 
 
Prior to joining the staff at Texas A&M, Walsh served as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting for the Bears for the 2020 and 2021 seasons. 
 
Walsh also spent the 2019 season as the On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator at Texas A&M, which followed three seasons as a recruiting and operations assistant for the Aggies.
 
Walsh earned her bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in sports management from Texas A&M in 2019.
