Baylor

Madelyn Martin has served as the Operations Assistant and Assistant to the Head Football Coach for Baylor since January 2020.

In her role, she provides direct support to the head football coach by coordinating his daily and yearly calendars, his speaking engagements, press conferences and interviews. Martin also serves as a liaison for Baylor Football staff families, including the Head Coach’s family and guests, and also the players’ families.

She also reconciles and processes all coaching and support staff recruiting and professional development expenses while also screening all incoming communication and either responding or coordinating internally with appropriate staff members.

Before assuming her current role, Martin served as a Baylor Football Operations Student Assistant from Aug 2017 to Dec 2019.
