Monique Felix came to Baylor in July of 2020, and in December of 2021 transitioned to Football as Associate Director of Football Operations.
In her current role, Felix serves as a liaison for various departments in day-to-day operations and student-athlete communications.
Prior to football, she was a Character Formation Coordinator within Baylor's Student-Athlete Center for Excellence from May-December of 2021. She was assigned to acrobatics & tumbling, baseball, the football specialists, women's and men's tennis, soccer, softball and men's track. She oversaw the career and leadership development pillars of the Baylor Built program, planning and executing 22 hours of Leadership Programs and 11 hours of Career Development programs in Fall 2021.
Monique began her Career at Baylor when she served as an Operations Assistant for the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence (SACE). She assisted Marcus Sedberry in day-to-day administrative operations of the SACE and in his duties as a sport administrator for Football and Track and Field.
The Sheboygan, Wisconsin, native graduated with her bachelor's in business administration from Marquette in 2019 and her master's in sport management from Minnesota in 2020. She competed on the Track and Field team in the Heptathlon at both institutions.
