Abby McGown joined Baylor Athletics as Director of Operations for the men's and women's golf programs in 2026 after spending the previous year working with the Bears' football program.
In her role, she oversees the day-to-day operations for both golf teams, coordinating travel, scheduling and logistics among other administrative responsibilities.
McGown gained valuable experience as a student worker with Baylor Football Operations during the 2025-26 season, assisting with everything from practice and game-day logistics to team travel and scheduling. She worked closely with coaches and staff behind the scenes, while ensuring daily operations ran efficiently and met NCAA and Big 12 standards.
A 2026 Baylor graduate, McGown earned her bachelor's degree in biochemistry with a minor in business administration.
