Aaron Appleberry joined Baylor Athletics in April of 2023 as Football's Assistant Director of Player Personnel as part of Dave Aranda's staff.
In his role, he is involved in both player recruitment and ongoing player and coach support. He evaluates prospective student-athletes while serving as a point of contact and host for on-campus visits.
Previously, Appleberry worked for the Jacksonville Jaguars as a Senior Member Experience Specialist from 2020-23. Prior to the Jaguars, he was a Business Operations intern for both the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans from 2018-19. He was a Player Personnel and Recruiting intern for LSU Football during his time in Baton Rouge.
The Marrero, La., native is married to Akadya née Thompson.
