Adrienne Hare serves Baylor Athletics as the Senior Director of Licensing. She started as the Director of Licensing in January 2025.
She is charged with building, promoting and protecting the Baylor brand.
Hare has been in communications and event coordination for several non-profit organizations in the Waco area prior to joining Athletics. Before moving back to Waco, she served as the Alumni Director for Western Oregon University.
The Waco native graduated from Baylor in 2006 with her bachelor's degree in communications.
