Adrienne Hare serves Baylor Athletics as the Director of Licensing.
Hare joined her alma mater in January 2025 in this role, charged with building, promoting and protecting the Baylor brand.
Hare has been in communications and event coordination for several non-profit organizations in the Waco area prior to joining Athletics. Before moving back to Waco, she served as the Alumni Director for Western Oregon University.
The Waco native graduated from Baylor in 2006 with her bachelor's degree in communications.
