Alison Dillon has served Baylor Athletics since 2013 and is currently the Assistant Athletics Director for Accounting.

Among her many tasks, Dillon executes month-end and year-end closing processes; records and monitors receivables, manages daily ticket sales reconciliations and deposits; reconciles season, single-game and postseason ticket revenue; prepares annual NCAA Financial Reports; processes various supplier requisitions and payments; and manages budget adjustment submission

Prior to Baylor, she served as the Payroll Auditor at the McLennan County Auditor’s Office from 2009 to 2013 and the auditor for Pattillo Brown & Hill LLP from 2007-2009.

The Waco, Texas, native graduated from Baylor in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
