Cameron joined the Bears after serving as the Director of Football Operations and Director of Recruiting at Houston Christian University in 2024. That followed two seasons as the Director of Football Operations and Recruiting Coordinator at Crosby ISD.
Cameron earned her bachelor's degree in business management from Midland University in 2015.
She is the product of a family rooted in Texas High School Football, as her father, Paul, served as the head coach at Wllis Brazos and Hamshire-Fannett High Schools.
