Callie Schrank serves Baylor Athletics as the Executive Senior Associate Athletics Director for Front Office Administration.

She was previously the Executive Senior Associate Athletics Director for Sport Program Administration in June 2023 where she provided oversight of all intercollegiate sport programs, program directors of operations and sport program administrators. She served as liaison to all areas within the athletics department which interact and support each sport program, creating a consistent voice and vision in the area of sport program administration.

Schrank spent four years at Magnolia in Waco as Chief People Officer, where she oversaw efforts to equip organizational leadership through all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Previously a Baylor Athletics staff member, Schrank was named Associate AD and Athletics Chief of Staff in March 2017. Schrank oversaw all athletics department personnel matters, including hiring and evaluation processes. She assisted with fiscal planning, strategic planning and decision making for the department and manages the office of the Athletics Director.

In August 2011, Schrank joined the Baylor Athletics staff as Assistant to the Athletics Director. She was promoted to Director of Personnel & Administration in 2014 and to Assistant AD for Personnel & Administration in 2015.

Schrank earned her Bachelor of Arts from Baylor in 2004.

She and her husband, Cody, have two sons, Cru and Haze and a daughter, Ada.
