Carson Bailey serves Baylor Athletics as the Director of Student-Athlete Benefits in the Governance & Regulatory Affairs department. He was promoted to his current position in January 2026 after working as the Assistant Director of Front Office Operations from August 2025 to January 2026.

Bailey officially joined the Office of Governance & Regulatory Affairs in January 2025 as Assistant Director of Compliance after serving as the Graduate Assistant for a year.

Bailey, an Oklahoma City native, graduated from Baylor in 2023 with his bachelor's degree in Business Administration, also working in the office as an intern. He grated with his master's degree in Sports Management from Baylor in May 2025.
