Ciara Gresham has served Baylor Athletics as an Associate Director of Fan Experience since September 2023. She works directly with Men's Basketball as well as Men’s and Women’s Tennis.

Prior to Baylor, Gresham worked as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement at Auburn from 2021 – 2023, overseeing Women’s Basketball, Softball, and Football Experience / Videoboard Messages Program.

The Shiloh, Illinois, native graduated with her Bachelor’s in Communications & Marketing from Eastern Michigan University before collecting her Master’s in Higher Education for Administration from Auburn University.
