Colton Shields came to Baylor Athletics in May of 2022 as an Associate Director of Equipment Services.
In his role, he is responsible for equestrian, men's & women's golf, men's & women's tennis and soccer.
Prior to Baylor, he was an athletic equipment coordinator at Western Oregon University from February of 2019 to May 2022.
The Waco, Texas, native graduated from McNeese State in 2017 with his bachelor's in sports and wellness management, and graduated with his masters in sports management from Texas A&M in 2018.
