Connor Killian serves Baylor Football as the Director of Football Strategy.
A native of Keller, Texas, Killian joined the Baylor staff in March 2025 after serving as the assistant offensive line coach at North Texas the last two seasons. He spent a season as the assistant tight ends coach at Louisiana Tech in 2022 and as a quality control coach at Texas Tech in 2021.
During his time at Texas Tech, Killian worked with the offense and special teams and served as the interim special teams coordinator for the 2021 Liberty Bowl. A two-time graduate of Texas Tech with a bachelor’s and master’s, Killian played fullback and tight end from 2016-20, logging time in 27 games with a pair of starts.
