Dylan Horne joined Baylor Athletics in February 2026 as Associate Director of Athletic Performance for Football, where he supports the development, training, and performance programming for Baylor Football within the Athletic Performance department.
Prior to arriving at Baylor, he served as the Director of Athletic Performance for Football at East Tennessee State University from 2024–2026. Before that, he was the Director of Athletic Performance at Gardner-Webb University from 2022–2023, following a role as Assistant Director of Athletic Performance there from 2021–2022 and Graduate Assistant from 2020–2021.
Earlier in his career, Horne completed internships with Charlotte Catholic High School (2017–2018), the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Football program (2018–2019), and the University of Georgia Football program (2019–2020), gaining experience in high-level collegiate athletic performance environments.
Horne earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from UNC Charlotte and a Master of Arts in Coaching Education from Gardner-Webb University.
Horne is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina.
