Faith Lynch is in her first year as an Assistant Academic Coach within the Baylor Student-Athlete Center for Excellence.
Lynch joins Baylor Athletics after prior experience with Nike and Baylor+ internships. She was a four-year student-athlete on the Baylor volleyball team. Lynch earned both her bachelor’s and and master’s degrees through the 4+1 program at Baylor University. She completed her undergrad in corporate communications with a minor in public relations followed by her master’s in communication in 2025.
She is originally from Magnolia, Texas.
