Haneen Rashwan serves Baylor Athletics as the Director of NIL Administration.

She began her role as Baylor’s Director of NIL Administration on May 1, 2024.

Rashwan comes to Baylor after serving in a similar role at Oklahoma State. While with the Cowboys, Rashwan served as the assistant director of NIL from August of 2022-April of 2024.

Prior to the promotion of assistant director of NIL, Rashwan was the NIL Brand Squad President, leading a student organization in serving and supporting student-athletes in their NIL efforts.

The Oklahoma City native earned her bachelor's in Marketing & Management from Oklahoma State in 2022.
