Holley (Estep) Reese joined Baylor Athletics in October 2024 as the Assistant Director of Fan Experience. In this role, she is the primary Fan Experience contact for volleyball and baseball.
Before arriving at Baylor, Holley worked in the Marketing and Fan Experience Department at Liberty University Athletics. She began in Fall 2021 as a Marketing Coordinator and was the main contact for swimming and diving. In Spring 2022, Holley was promoted to Graduate Assistant and became the main contact for Flames Kids Club, field hockey, swimming and diving and softball. Holley then completed her Master of Science degree in Sport Management with a concentration in Sport Administration. In March 2023, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Experience at Liberty Athletics and became the main contact for women’s volleyball, women’s basketball, and softball while also being the on-field contact for football games.
Holley attended California State University, Fresno and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration with a concentration in commercial recreation and event planning. As an undergraduate student, Holley worked with the Athletics Marketing department for 3 years. She gained valuable experience coordinating on-field at football, producing events for Olympic sports, playing in-venue music and publishing trivia questions on the Bulldog Sports App. She continued to work with the Fresno State team until graduating in June 2021.
Holley is originally from Sanger, California. She is married to her husband, Dalton Reese.
