Joe Reynolds is in his first year as the Associate Director of Player Personnel at Baylor in 2025.
Reynolds joined the Baylor staff after serving in a role with Telemetry Sports from 2022-25, assisting in AI-enhanced film breakdowns that allow coaches to more efficiently scout and evaluate players via film.
He worked with Telemetry Sports after spending nine years on the staff at Oklahoma State, including 2018-22 as a prospect analyst and eight months as the assistant director of recruiting, specializing in defense.
He was a defensive student assistant during the 2017-18 seasons after serving as an offensive student assistant from 2016-17. Previously he was an OSU football video student from 2014-16 and also served as a video intern with the Cleveland Browns from 2012-13.
Reynolds earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology from OSU in 2018.
