Josh Fralick is in his fifth year with Baylor Athletics and his first full season as the Director of Digital Media in 2023-24.
Fralick came to Baylor as the associate director of digital media in Nov. of 2018 and was promoted to director of digital media in Feb. of 2023. He worked directly with the Baylor tradition-rich women’s basketball program, handling all digital needs for the Bears.
He has worked in nearly every program on campus, including time with acrobatics & tumbling, volleyball, soccer, softball and men’s and women’s golf. Fralick also serves as the leader of Baylor’s photography and graphic design student staff, and provides creative direction for both the Champions TriBUne and Golden Bruiser Awards.
Fralick got his start as the graphic designer for Air Force football from 2015-17 before moving into the creative director role for Air Force in 2017. His design of the Power Legacy alternate helmet for the Falcons was named Helmet of the Year.
A former collegiate football player who earned his bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian in 2015, Fralick calls Colorado home. He and his wife Kristin have two daughters.
