Kendal Moore joined Baylor Athletics in January 2026 and serves as the Executive Assistant to Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Doug McNamee.
She works with McNamee on daily projects and tasks for the 19-sport athletics department.
Prior to Baylor, Moore worked from 2014-25 as the Assistant Director of Advising Services for Rice Athletics in Houston. During her time with the Owls, she worked in academic advising for student-athletes, served as a learning specialist, transition services liaison and gained supervisory and event planning experience.
She also was a graduate assistant for the Harding women's soccer team where she trained goalkeepers and assisted in practice planning and team travel.
Moore graduated with a bachelor's degree in communication studies from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville in 2012 and was a four-year member and captain of the Razorbacks women's soccer program. She then went on to earn her master's degree in marriage and family therapy in 2014 from Harding University-Searcy.
A McKinney, Texas native, she and husband Chance have three children: Finnley, Brooks and Graham.
