Mady Posey serves as Assistant Director of Event Management and Facilities for Baylor Athletics.
In her role, she oversees access for the athletics department and assists with the planning, coordination and execution of athletic events and facility operations. She also recently served as the tournament coordinator for the 2026 NCAA Women's Golf Regional hosted at Ridgewood Country Club.
Posey joined the Baylor Athletics full-time staff in February 2026 after spending more than four years working within the Event Management and Facilities department in various student and graduate assistant roles. Prior to her full-time appointment, she served as a Graduate Assistant for Event Management and Facilities from 2024–26, assisting with event operations, facility management and game day execution across Baylor Athletics.
Before her graduate assistantship, Posey worked as an Event Management and Facilities Student Worker from 2021-24, gaining experience in event operations and facility management while supporting numerous athletic events and championships. During the summer of 2023, she also served as an intern with the Bear Foundation, where she assisted with donor relations and fundraising initiatives.
Posey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales Strategy in Sport and Entertainment (S3E) from Baylor University in 2024. She later earned a Master of Science in Education in Sport Management from Baylor in 2026.
Posey is a native of Sulphur Springs, Texas.
