Malcolm joined the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence (SACE) at Baylor in August of 2022 as the Character Formation Coordinator.
Malcolm previously worked at the University of Pittsburgh as the McLendon Minority Future Leader. Prior to that role, he served as the Budget and Grants Coordinator for the Department of Economic and Community Development for the State of Tennessee.
The Birmingham, Alabama, native attended Tennessee State University earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2016. While at Tennessee State, Malcolm was a member of the Aristocrat of Bands. He also has a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Belmont University.
