Matt Rodgers joined the Baylor staff in July of 2024 after 12 years as the Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at Methodist Childrens Home in Waco. A two-time Baylor graduate, he earned his BA in 2007 and his MS in 2012, serving as a student manager under Scott Drew from 2003-07 and then as a graduate assistant from 2010-12. Rodgers and his wife Sarah have four children, Grayson, Rhett, Hayes and Emery.
