McKenzie Lynch joined Baylor Athletics in June 2026 as a Learning Specialist within the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence (SACE). In her role, she provides one-on-one academic support to student-athletes, helping them develop the skills and strategies necessary to achieve success both in the classroom and in competition.
Prior to Baylor, Lynch served as an assistant academic counselor at The Ohio State University from 2025-26, where she supported student-athletes in their academic development and overall success. She also served as an adjunct faculty member at West Virginia University and was a sports management graduate teaching assistant from 2024-25. In addition, Lynch gained experience in the sport management industry as both senior operations coordinator and operations crew member for FlexWork Sports Management in 2024.
A native of Budd Lake, New Jersey, Lynch is a two-time graduate of West Virginia University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology in 2024 and a Master of Science in Sports Management in 2025.
