Megan Harrah joined Baylor Athletics as the Associate Director of Employment Operations in March of 2022 and was promoted to Director of Employment Operations in Jan. of 2025.
She first came to Waco in July of 2021 as the Director of Soccer Operations on Coach Paul Jobson's staff.
Harrah attended Randolph-Macon College in Virginia where she played field hockey.
The Yorktown, Va., native graduated from Randolph-Macon College in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies.
