Micah Odom joined the Baylor women’s basketball program in June of 2021 as the assistant director of basketball operations and was promoted to director of team operations in July of 2025.
Odom plays a key role in recruiting operations and student-athlete matriculation, including coordination of housing and academics. She also serves as Camp Director for the Nicki Collen Day and Elite Camps during the summer and acts as the program’s marketing liaison.
Odom returned to Baylor after earning her master’s degree in sport pedagogy in May of 2021. While earning her degree, Odom worked for PGC Basketball site and sales manager with the company. PGC is a player development camp that offers 110 camps across North America for players, age fourth grade to college, and it also works with professional athletes and coaches.
In addition to her position at PGC, she was a graduate assistant for intramural sports at Baylor from 2019-2021, and she interned with the Baylor men’s basketball program within operations.
A 2016 graduate of Arkansas State with a degree in exercise science, Odom first worked as a site director and event coordinator with Kanakuk Ministries in Branson, Mo. from 2017-19.
