Noah Peterson joined Baylor Athletics in November 2021 as the Assistant Director of Fan Experience. In his first season, Noah worked with the baseball team as their primary fan experience contact. He was then promoted to Associate Director of Fan Experience in July 2022 to serve as the fan experience contact for men’s basketball along with acrobatics & tumbling. In July 2023, Noah was promoted again to Director of Fan Experience to oversee the fan experience efforts for Baylor Football. He remained as the lead fan experience contact during the 2023-24 men’s basketball season which included a move mid-season to the new Paul and Alejandra Foster Pavilion, while maintaining oversight of acrobatics & tumbling. Additionally, Noah oversees three full-time staff members.
Before arriving at Baylor, Noah was a Graduate Assistant for LSU Marketing and Fan Experience. In this role, Noah served as the marketing and fan engagement lead for LSU Gymnastics, Women’s Soccer and Softball. Additionally, Noah assisted with efforts around men’s basketball and football. Noah graduated with his master’s degree from LSU in Sports Management in May 2021.
Prior to his experience at LSU, Noah attended the University of Kentucky and studied at the Gatton College of Business. While he was a student, he worked in the University of Kentucky athletic department. He started with the Wildcats in August 2017 as a Marketing Intern. While he was there, Noah assisted the marketing efforts for all of Kentucky’s teams and served as the primary marketing contact for the Rifle team in his senior year. Noah graduated from UK in May 2019 earning his bachelor’s in marketing and management.
Noah is originally from Nicholasville, Kentucky. He is married to Ali Peterson, and they have two cats named Tuck and Tex.
