Oliver Silva joined the Baylor Spirit Squads as the Assistant Director of Spirit & Traditions in November 2025. He primarily oversees the Co-Ed Yell Leaders squad and assists the spirit & traditions coaching staff with operations, events and appearances while promoting school spirit and supporting student development.
He had previous stops at NCA Varsity, Cheer Athletics in Dallas, Liberty Cheer and the Utah Jazz Stunt team.
Silva holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Navarro College (2023) and Bachelor of Science in Professional Sales degree from Weber State University (2025).
Silva is originally from Venezuela.
