Quentin Hendershot serves Baylor Athletics as the Director of Academic Services under the Student-Athlete Center of Excellence (SACE).

Hendershot joined the SACE team in July 2020 as an Academic Coach. He was promoted to Associate Director of Academic Services in August 2022, working with women's basketball, and acrobatics & tumbling. He previously also worked with softball.

Before returning to his alma mater, Quentin served as the Academic Coordinator for Cross Country and Track & Field at Wichita State University (2017-20), Shocker LIFE Graduate Assistant at Wichita State University (2017), and Head Wrestling Coach, Assistant Football Coach at Coronado High School in Lubbock, Texas (2014-17).

Hendershot holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Baylor (2013) and a master’s degree in Sport Management from Wichita State University (2019).

The Lubbock, Texas, native is married to Morgan who is also a Baylor alumni, and the couple have two sons: Keller and Amos.
