Rachael Cuttitta

Rachael Cuttitta serves Baylor Athletics as the Associate Director of Academic Services under the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence (SACE) umbrella.

Cuttitta joined Baylor in June 2025 in this role, where she works with the football and women's tennis teams.

Prior to Baylor, Cuttitta worked for Murray State University since 2021. There, she was the Assistant AD for Student-Athlete Development, serving as the academic advisor for baseball, football and volleyball. She led the student-athlete development programming as well as community engagement through the Dennis Jackson Leadership Program. Cuttitta was the SAAC advisor and was the Senior Women's Administrator for the department from 2023-'25. She was the primary sport administrator for men's golf, women's tennis as well as volleyball.

From 2014 to 2021, Cuttitta was at the University of Bridgeport, where she started as the Career & Internship Advisor but moved her way up to the Director of Student Leadership role. She was the Athletics Liaison and Advisor while also serving as the Honors Program advisor. She developed and ran the Student Leadership Institute as well as serving as a career coach.

The Stamford, Connecticut, native graduated from Rhode Island University in 2011 with her bachelor's of science in fashion merchandising and design. She earned her masters of science in counseling from the University of Bridgeport in 2014.
