Ryan Amodei joined Baylor Athletics in December 2022 as an Associate Director of Academic Services.
He will work with baseball, equestrian and women's golf as their academic coach while helping with the Asssistants Development Program within SACE.
Previously, Amodei served as an Academic Advisor at Louisiana Tech in March of 2020. He was later promoted to Associate Director in August 2021. There, he worked with MBB, WBB, Baseball, Golf and Soccer. He had secondary responsibilities including textbook management, student-athlete development and supervision of student workers.
Prior to La. Tech, he was an Assistant Academic Coach for the Olympic Sports, serving Baseball, equestrian, men's golf, soccer, and women's basketball from July 2019 to March 2020.
From August 2018 to May 2019, Amodei was a graduate assistant for compliance at Liberty University.
Amodei graduated from Temple University in 2018 with his bachelor's degree in Sports and Recreation Management, then went on to earn his MBA from Louisiana Tech in 2022.
The Wilton, Conn., native is married to Veronica Amodei.
