Ryan Poulsen joined Baylor Sports Properties in August 2026 as a Partnership Services Specialist. In his role, he supports Baylor Sports Properties' corporate partners by executing sponsorship agreements, coordinating activations and hospitality opportunities while ensuring partners receive exceptional service throughout the year.
Prior to Baylor, Poulsen spent two years with Shocker Sports Properties in Wichita, Kansas. He served as a Partnership Services Specialist from 2024-25 before being promoted to Manager of Partnership Services from 2025-26. Before joining Shocker Sports Properties, he worked as a Marketing and Fan Engagement Graduate Assistant for Wichita State Athletics from 2023-24. While attending the University of Kansas, Poulsen gained industry experience as a Marketing Intern from 2019-23 and as a Property Assistant with Jayhawk Sports Properties in 2023.
A native of Kansas, Poulsen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 2023 and a Master of Education in Sport Management from Wichita State University in 2025.
