Shelly Doyle joined Baylor Athletics in September 2026 as the Athletics Case Manager within Athletics Mental Health Services. In her role, she provides case management support for Baylor student-athletes, helping connect them with resources and services that promote their overall well-being and success.
Prior to Baylor, Doyle spent three years working in a hospital setting, where she gained experience in case management and patient support. She is also a Certified Case Manager, bringing a strong background in care coordination and advocacy to her work with student-athletes.
A native of Los Alamos, New Mexico, Doyle earned a Bachelor of Social Work from New Mexico State University in 2023 and a Master of Social Work from Baylor University in 2024.
Outside of work, Doyle enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two nieces, Mercy and Eden, and her nephew, Josiah.
