Tess Jamerson joined Baylor Athletics in August 2026 as Director of Operations for the "B" Association. In her role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the "B" Association, including membership management, event logistics and the execution of programs and events that strengthen connections among Baylor letterwinners and supporters.
Jamerson first joined Baylor University in May 2008 and has spent nearly two decades serving the Baylor community through alumni engagement and relationship building. Prior to joining Baylor Athletics, she spent 13 years with Baylor Alumni, helping plan and lead alumni events, including athletics and regional gatherings, while working closely with alumni, university partners and professional sports organizations. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to creating meaningful experiences that keep alumni connected to Baylor and celebrating the lifelong Baylor family.
Jamerson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tarleton State University in 2021.
She and her husband, Freddy, are the proud parents of four daughters: Brianna, Myah, Brooklyn and Saylor, and grandparents to their grandson, Ryker. Brianna is a Baylor graduate who earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in corporate communications.
