Will Farrar is in his first year with Baylor as a quality control coach in 2026, working with the offense. He was announced in his role on Feb. 6, 2026.
Farrar comes to the Bears after spending the last two years working at Kansas State as an offensive graduate assistant coach, working specifically with the offensive line.
In 2025, K-State totaled 29.4 points per game, while averaging 171.3 rushing yards per outing.
In his first year in Manhattan, Farrar helped the Wildcats finish in the top 15 nationally in four offensive categories, including rushing yards per carry (second; 6.08), sacks allowed per game (10th; 1.00), rushing yards per game (11th; 215.5) and tackles for loss allowed per game (12th; 3.92). The Wildcats’ ranking in sacks allowed was their highest since at least 2003 and best mark since 2000 (0.69), while it was their highest tackles for loss allowed ranking since 2008 (eighth) and best mark since at least 1999.
Farrar came to Manhattan after spending the previous season at Boise State as an offensive graduate assistant working with the offensive line as the Broncos won the Mountain West Championship, while they ranked sixth in the nation in rushing and 13th in sacks allowed.
His coaching stint with the Broncos came on the heels of him finishing his playing career at Boise State as an offensive lineman during the 2021 and 2022 seasons. He went to Boise after spending the first four years of his career at Texas Tech, including the 2019 and 2020 seasons under current K-State offensive coordinator/associate head coach Matt Wells.
A two-time Academic All-Mountain West honoree, Farrar graduated with a degree in economics and a minor in personal finance from Texas Tech in May 2021, while he is currently working on his master's degree in athletic leadership.
