Will Pendergrass is in his first year as an Operations Graduate Assistant with the Baylor Student-Athlete Center for Excellence.
Pendergrass joins Baylor Athletics after three years as an infielder on the Baylor baseball team (2022-25). Pendergrass earned his bachelor’s degree in health, kinesiology, and leisure studies from Baylor University in 2024 and is currently working towards his master’s in sport management.
Pendergrass is originally from Missouri City, Texas.
